How soon is my order Shipped?

We start order processing within 24-48 hours after you have placed an order. Unless your order specifies any customizations or alterations, our aim is to ensure your order is dispatched within that period the initial 48-72 hours of the order being placed.

Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

(Exception: This timeline may extend owing to any disruptions including but not limited to national holidays, government regulations, natural calamities.)

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. We would accept the returns in following conditions.

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact

  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition

  • Originals receipts would need to be included

  • All items would need to be purchased originally from www.thechikankari.com.

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

 

RETURNS :

We accept returns only if the product is defective and if it meets all the conditions mentioned above.

Cancellation of order for within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges.

After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email or calling us and giving your Order Number.

EXCHANGE :

We accept exchange only in case of the sizing issues and the customer has to bear the any extra cost incurred in exchange
